Wynbrooke Creative — Performance-Based Ads Agency for Shopify Brands
performance-based ads agency · shopify brands only

we turn shopify brands into monsters.

A performance-based Meta + Google Ads agency for Shopify brands doing $25K+/month who are already running ads, already getting traction, and ready to push past the plateau — without another 6-month contract or an account manager standing between you and the person actually running your campaigns.

the problem

most ecommerce ad agencies get paid whether your ads work or not.

A flat monthly retainer. A percentage of ad spend on top. Locked into a six-month contract before you've seen a single result. If your ROAS tanks, they still get paid — so what's their actual incentive to push for more?

I built Wynbrooke Creative to work the opposite way. I only make more when your account performs better. That's the whole model.

why most agencies keep you small

the retainer model has no reason to push for scale.

A typical agency charges the same fee whether you're doing $50K or $500K a month across Meta and Google. There's no incentive to work harder for you — just to maintain the account and collect the check.

most ecommerce ad agencies

✕

Flat retainer, regardless of results

Same fee whether your account is thriving or stalled.

✕

Six-month contracts

Locked in before you've seen whether it actually works.

✕

Account managers as the go-between

You talk to someone who talks to the person running your ads.

✕

Junior staff on your account

The person pitching you isn't the person managing your budget.

how it works

no sales pitch. no pressure. just an honest look at your accounts.

Four steps, and you walk away with something useful even if we never work together.

step 01

you apply.

Fill out the application. We review your brand and your current Meta and Google Ads accounts to see whether we're the right fit to work together.

step 02

we audit.

If you qualify, we get on a call and go through your live accounts together. You'll see exactly what's working and what isn't.

step 03

you get a plan.

You leave with 3–5 specific, actionable ways to scale your ad spend profitably over the next 90 days.

step 04

you decide.

Work with us or don't. No pressure, no strings. The plan is yours either way.

this is for you if

you're not looking for someone to explain paid ads to you.

traction

You're doing $25K+/month

You're a Shopify brand with real revenue coming in and a product people actually buy. You're profitable, or close to it, and you know there's another level.

experience

You're already running ads

You've got live Meta and/or Google Ads accounts with real spend behind them. You're not starting from zero — you've hit a plateau and need to break through it.

ambition

You're ready to scale aggressively

You've got a product people want and customers who buy. Now you need an agency that treats scaling as the job, not a nice-to-have.

skepticism

You've been burned before (good)

Bad agency experience makes you a better client for us, not a worse one. We built this model specifically because we've heard every complaint.

why i do this

i'm dominic. i ran my own store before i ran anyone else's ads.

Before I ever managed a client's ad account, I was spending my own money on my own store — watching CPCs climb, watching ROAS slip, trying to figure out what was actually broken versus what was just bad luck.

My money. My risk. My decisions to live with.

That's the difference between me and most people running ad agencies. I didn't learn Meta and Google Ads managing someone else's budget in a corporate job — I learned by spending my own, failing, adjusting, and eventually figuring out what actually moves an ecommerce account.

Now I run Meta ads, Google ads, and the creative behind both for Shopify brands directly — no account managers, no junior staff, no outsourcing. If you work with me, you work with me.

what clients say

real brands, real reactions.

"Dominic is more determined and detail-oriented than anyone I've worked with. If you have the chance to work with him, take it."

ecommerce founder

"Literally went from dead ads to real returns in a couple weeks. Dominic is the real deal."

dtc brand owner

"We almost gave up on paid ads entirely. Then we started working with Dominic and everything changed."

frequently asked

questions people ask before applying.

What does "performance-based fees" actually mean?
Instead of a flat monthly retainer you pay no matter what happens, I take a percentage of the profit your ads generate. If your account isn't performing, my fee reflects that. The incentive is aligned with your growth, not just keeping the lights on.
Do you run Meta ads, Google ads, or both?
Both. Most brands we work with run Meta and Google together, and I manage both platforms plus the creative behind them, so you're not coordinating between two separate vendors. I also handle email marketing and Amazon ads for a handful of clients when it makes sense for the brand.
Do you handle creative too?
Increasingly, yes. I'm producing more creative in-house for clients directly — built off what's actually converting in the account, not a generic content calendar handed off to a separate team.
What if I've been burned by an agency before?
That's most of who applies here. Bring the skepticism to the audit call — we'll walk through your actual accounts, in front of you, so you can judge for yourself rather than take our word for it.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No. It's month-to-month. You stay because the account is working, not because you signed something that locks you in for six months.
Is there a revenue minimum to apply?
Yes — I only work with Shopify brands doing $25K+ a month in revenue who are already running ads. That's not a soft guideline; it's how I keep the roster small enough to run every account myself instead of handing it off to junior staff. If you're under that right now, keep building and apply once you're there.
What happens on the audit call?
We go through your live Meta and Google Ads accounts together — campaign structure, targeting, budget allocation, what's converting and what isn't. You leave with 3–5 specific things you could do differently, whether or not we end up working together.

your ad accounts are waiting on a plan.
